...Butterfly...
My lovely bloggy friend Debi of Puddleduck Grange was having a fun little guessing game on her blog. She put up a pic of an inspiring classic lady and invited her readers to guess who she was - I must admit I had to do a bit of detective work, but correctly identified the lady as Emily Post - the Queen of etiquette! Debi then sent a little gift to those who got it right...
...all the way from Canada, I received a lovely silver butterfly brooch in a gorgeous stamped bag with tag...
...tres jolie :)
Thank you Debi - much appreciated, I will treasure them always!
And speaking of pretty, I am joining in with Pretty little Jewel's Jar of Happiness - where you fill up a jar throughout the year with all the things that made you happy. The jar will then be opened on New Year's Eve - I think it is such a lovely way to remember the year!
...so far I have 6 'happys'
What has made you happy so far this year? One of mine has been seeing the first proper smiles from my little guy...happiness x a billion :)
Right I will be back soon, but there will be no tutorial tomorrow as it is hubs' birthday, so lots of black forest gateau will be consumed and then a slap up meal - bring on the calories!!! Can't wait, our first night out since having the little guy.
Take care all
xx
What a cute gift :)
